Join us for Mahjong 101 at Margo in Glenview and learn the fundamentals of American Mahjong in a fun, welcoming environment!

This beginner-friendly class is perfect for anyone who has always wanted to learn Mahjong or is brand new to the game. During this two-hour class, we'll walk you through the basics step-by-step and help you feel confident getting started.

During class, you'll learn:

🀄 Tile names, suits, and terminology
🀄 How to read the National Mah Jongg League card
🀄 The Charleston
🀄 Calling tiles and exposures
🀄 Basic gameplay, rules, and Mahjong etiquette

Everything is included with your registration:

All ticket sales are final. Your spot is yours to give. If you're unable to attend, you're welcome to send a friend in your place. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another North Shore Mahjong event.
